Good Monday to everyone!  Hope all had an awesome weekend!  Very lovely here in Vegas, low 80's, actually snow on the mtns over night, so very pretty this morning.

Well I am going to discuss the last two days of Bible readings I was given to read,  first being from Isaiah and the second in Jeremiah.  Interesting that I have been directed to read late prophets lately.  Also received 3 new messages since getting rid of the internet and other distractions in life last week.

Let me start with Isaiah......

If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your Light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday.  And the Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your desire with good things, and your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.....Isaiah 58:10-11

Very plainly telling us how we should be helping those who are poor, hungry, afflicted and the Lord shall reward this goodness of heart with blessings, making you a spring of pure water.  This does get back tho to the act of giving, which is best done randomly with no forethought of what's in it for you.

If you turn back your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on My holy day, and call the Sabbath a delight and the holy day of the Lord honorable; if you honor it, not going your own ways, or seeking your own pleasure, or talking idly; then you shall take delight in the Lord, and I will make you ride upon the heights of the earth; ....Isaiah 58:13-14

This one is plain as plain can be...the Sabbath is for the Lord, not for our pleasure.  Focus on Him, do no work other than the work of the Lord.

Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; or his ear dull, that He cannot hear;
but your iniquities have made a separation between you and your GOD, and your sins have hid His face from you so that He does not hear.  For your hands are defiled with blood and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue mutters wickedness....Isaiah 59:1-3

Nothing we say, feel, think, do is unnoticed by the Lord.  Turn from the Lord and He shall turn from you.

No one enters suit justly, no one goes to law honestly; they rely on empty pleas, they speak lies, they conceive mischief and bring forth iniquity.  They hatch adders' eggs, they weave the spider's web; he who eats their eggs dies, and from one which is crushed a viper is hatched.  Their webs will not serve as clothing; men will not cover themselves with what they make.  Their works are works of iniquity, and deeds of violence are in their hands.  Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood; their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity, desolation and destruction are in their highways.  The way of peace they know not, and there is no justice in their paths; they made their roads crooked, no one who goes in them know peace....Isaiah 59:4-8

Here we are being told plainly that anyone who chooses the wrong path, our own path, goes down a dark path and falls prey to those who are evil, or under it's control.  They took the crooked, path that leads ever downward.

When we do this....

Therefore justice is far from us, and the righteousness does not overtake us; we look for light, and behold, darkness, and for brightness, but we walk in gloom.  We grope for the wall like the blind, we grope like those who have no eyes; we stumble at noon as in the twilight, among those in full vigor we are like dead men.  We all growl like bears, we moan and moan like doves; we look for justice, but there is none; for salvation, but it is far from us... Isaiah 59:9-11
Isaiah 59 continues on like this telling us how life is for us once we choose that path.  Moaning and complaining where is GOD?  Why am I plagued with hardships?

The Lord saw it and it displeased Him that there was no justice...Isaiah 59:15

According to their deeds, so will He repay, wrath to His adversaries, requital to His enemies...
Isaiah 59:18

So they shall fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun; for He will come like a rushing stream, which the wind of the Lord drives.....Isaiah 59:19

And He will come to Zion as Redeemer, to those in Jacob who turn from transgression, says the Lord.  And as for Me, this is My covenant with them, says the Lord:  My Spirit which is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouth of your children, or out of the mouth of your children's children, says the Lord, from this time forth and evermore....Isaiah 59:20-12

He tells us He will come as the redeemer, to those who adhered to the Father of Jacob, who was of Abraham's line, He will fill us with his Word and it shall be with thee forever, in Heaven and for those chosen to inhabit Eden.

The eternal GOD is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms.  He will drive out your enemy before you, saying, "destroy him!"...Deuteronomy 33:27

Sarah Young message September 27

Relax in My everlasting arms.  Your weakness is an opportunity to grow strong in awareness of My Almighty Presence.  When your energy fails you, do not look inward and lament the lack you find there.  Look to Me and My sufficiency; rejoice in My radiant riches that are abundantly available to help you.
Go gently through this day, leaning on Me and enjoying My Presence.  Thank Me for your neediness, which is building trust-bonds between us.  If you look back on your journey thus far, you can see that days of extreme weakness have been some of your most precious times.  Memories of these days are richly interwoven with golden strands of My intimate Presence.

Therefore submit to GOD.  Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to GOD and He will draw near to you.  Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded...
James 4:7-8

Open your mind and heart---your entire being---to receive MY Love in full measure.  So many of My children limp through their lives starved for love, because they haven't learned the art of receiving.  This is essentially and act of faith:  believing that I love you with boundless, everlasting love.  The art of receiving is also a discipline:  training your mind to trust in Me, coming close to Me in confidence.
Remember that the evil one is the father of lies.  Learn to recognize his deceptive intrusions into your thoughts.  One of his favorite deceptions is to undermine your confidence in My unconditional Love.  Fight back against these lies!  Do not let them go unchallenged.  Resist the devil in My name, and he will slink away from you.  Draw near to Me, and My Presence will envelop you in Love.

That message from Jesus to Sara is exactly what i have been telling so many for so long.  First thign to do is to open your hear and the mind will follow.  This opens you up to His healing power and love.  Then you can begin to learn and grow.  Unlearn all that you have learned(the lies and deceptions) then you can begin to learn what you need to learn.  Learn to recognize his lies, those red flags, those intrusions into your thoughts of fear, doubt, worry, negativity; rebuke and banish in His name, Jesus Christ,  The darkness is powerless against it and will slink away.  Will they attempt and attack you again? yes they will.  Each time you rebuke and banish until you are with the Lord in the Light.  You get stronger tho and better able to recognize evil and to stand against it and have protection and help.
