First I was directed to talk a lil more about the topic of the inner Spark, or rather to extrapolate from it.
This is the stone which was rejected by you builders, but which has become the head of the corner.
Acts 4:11
The head of the corner, the cornerstone!  This is the Spark, piece of GOD inside of you.  It is the cornerstone of the true church that is inside everyone.  GOD laid the cornerstone of His true church within us.  It is the parents job to finish laying the foundation, to build out from the cornerstone, for your church.   Then either they should help build the walls and/or with help of a church start to build the walls.  But once we are of adult age, it is the individuals responsibility, choice to take over the building of their inner true church.  There is no limit to how big and high one can build it, it is neverending.  You do this with the help of the Lord, by having that personal relationship with Him.

The other thing to speak of is when Jesus said you are your brother's keeper.  In this He is telling us that it is each of us' responsibility to to help others into the Light, along their path.  We are here, each of us, to learn and grow, and to help others to do so.  It still comes down, like all things, to choice.  They have to want to learn and grow.  If not, if they choose not to, or choose to remain where they are in the growth process, then that is their choice.  Nothing is forced, then it would not be free will.

Sailing, flying, effortless through time
Floating, drifting, painless in rhyme
Wonderful escape, this ethereal mist
Heartful desire to be free of the twist
That wrenches us bodily through life
Joy and suffering in strife
Lightness of being, endless abode
Witnessing countless others carrying the load
Of life's ups and downs upon weary back
Trudging along day to day with the lack
Of understanding that will set them on course
From things that only get worse
Open the heart, can't you hear and see
All that awaits us, you and me
Splendid yearnings, soulful bliss
Leaving this world for Heaven's kiss

Can't conceive of the glory
That lies beneath the oftold story
Seek to find what's hidden there
And you shall find beyond repair
Incredible Light to blind the eyes
Leads you to incomparable wise
Flourish in the beautiful mist
Arms spread wide with open fist
Glorious sadness washes away
Never more held at bay
The love you feel upon the birth
Of all our soulful mirth
Incomplete, whole once more
Sailing to the distant shore
Hand in hand, heart to heart
Once together, shall not part
Do you truly wish to know
Many places you shall go
Teaching, healing, sights unseen
Lessons learned not foreseen
Splendor shall unfold you now
Glorious future, bless your brow
Soar above the eagle's lair
Ignominious haunts be there
Do not fear, they cannot hold
To them they will do as told
Following thy word from deep within
Your heart of which they cannnot win
Suffer not your mind to worry
Your life shall be bound in glory
