Death! What is death? We wonder about it, ponder it, worry about it, fear it, try to hide from it, try to delay it, deny it, some welcome it, seek it, hunger for it. But what is it?
Dictionary gives it a number of meanings: The cessation of all the vital functions of an organism, extinction, destruction, the end of life, the state of being dead, the agent of death personified.
All very negative terms. Just the thought of the word, certainly saying or hearing it causes a negative reaction in us. Sadness, fear, loathing, finality!
This is false! Death is a beginning! It is a transference, a passing, a crossing over, a metamorphosis, it is the spirit shedding the cocoon of life's body. It s freedom, joy, release, rebirth, re-manifestation.
Let us take the physical, for those who doubt or do not believe. The body is comprised of mostly water, then minerals, nutrients. After the spirit is free of the body, the body does not become extinct, is not destroyed. It is matter and as such changes back to its original forms of matter. Hence, no destruction, no finality, no death.
Let us take the spiritual. The spirit is created by GOD, of GOD, from GOD, is GOD. ONLY GOD can create or destroy spirit. Has He the right as the Creator, to destroy His creation? Of course! Will He? Absolutely not! Hence no destruction, extinction, death of spirit!
There is no proper place in our vocabulary for the word death. It is a word for which its own meaning describes it. It is extinct! It became extinct through our Lord Jesus Christ! He defeated it, overcame it, destroyed it, made it extinct!
He is the agent of LIFE PERSONIFIED!

Ye have not, because ye ask not!......James 4:2
Sarah Young message August 20
I AM a GOD who heals. I heal broken bodies, broken minds, broken hearts, broken lives, and broken relationships. My very Presence has immense healing powers. You cannot live close to Me without experiencing some degree of healing. However, it is also true that you have not, because you ask not. You receive the healing that flows naturally from My Presence, whether you seek it or not. But there is more--much more--available to those who ask.
The first step in receiving healing is to live ever closer to Me. The benefits of this practice are too numerous to list. As you grow more and more intimate with Me, I reveal My will to you more directly. When the time is right, I prompt you to ask for healing of some brokenness in you or another person. The healing may be instantaneous, or it may be a process. That is up to Me. Your part is to trust Me fully and to thank Me for the restoration that has begun.
I rarely heal all the brokenness in a person's life. Even My servant Paul was told, "y grace is sufficient for thee," when he sought healing for the thorn in his flesh. Nonetheless, much healing is available to those whose lives are intimately interwoven with Mine. Ask, and you will receive.
GOD Bless!
