Good Tuesday to all, hoping everyone is doing splendidly.  Still gorgeous here in Vegas, tho chilly at night now.  No need to envy much longer as it cools down this weekend for good.

Opened to a Gospel today, not a prophet wow.  Gospel of John, chapter 1, my fave Gospel. 

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with GOD, and the Word was GOD.  He was in the beginning with GOD; all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made.  In him was life, and the life was the light of men.  The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it....Jon 1:1-5

The Christ essence or spirit.

There was a man sent from GOD, whose name was John.  He came for testimony, to bear witness to the Light, that all might believe through him.  He was not the Light, but came to bear witness to the Light...John 1:6-8

The Baptist.

The true Light that enlivens every man was coming into the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world knew him not.  He came to his own home, and his people knew him not.  But to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of GOD; who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of GOD....John 1:9-13

The Christ.

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father. And from his fullness have we all received, grace upon grace.  For the law was through Moses; (Old Testament) grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
(New Testament).....John 1:14-17

Jesus the Christ.

And John said to the multitude......Behold, the Lamb of GOD, who takes away the sin of the world!
John 1:29
He is telling us this is the lamb, which were offered as sacrifices for one's sins back then.  His is telling us GOD is offering up, sacrificing His only son as a sin offering for us to take away our sins forever thru him.

This is He of whom I said, "After me comes a man who ranks before me, for he WAS before me.  I myself did not know Him; but for this I came baptizing with water, that He might be revealed to Israel....John 1:30-31
He is telling us that this MAN comes who is of higher rank than he.  Then immediately adds the second part of this testimony ...for He WAS before me.  His spirit, the Christ spirit was long before John.  Scroll back to the beginning of John, in the beginning there was the Word.  The Christ Spirit was in the beginning, Jesus the Christ is the manifestation of the Word of GOD.
Then he says that he is here, John, to baptize in other words to cleanse us and sanctify us to receive the Spirit of the Word which is Jesus the Christ!

GOD is AWESOME!  Would any of us, could any of us do this for all of mankind?

You should not presume to be treated fairly throughout your life.  People will do and say bad things to you, totally undeserving.  When this happens, think of it as an opportunity to grow in grace, by seeing how fast you can forgive them.  Do not give in to thoughts of revenge.  Do not worry and get anxious about other's opinions of you.  Only one opinion is of importance and that is the Father's.
This is the only opinion that matters.
I clothed you in My grace and glory and righteousness.  This is how I see you, cleansed in my blood. 
This is a pure gift.  So when others mistreat you, keep in mind that my ways are pure.  Pure in My Peace. and Love.  I give these to you through My spirit to yours!

Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another.  Forgive as the Lord forgave you...Colossians 3:13

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of GOD's grace that He lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding...Ephesians 1:7-8

And hope does not disappoint us, because GOD has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us...Romans 5:5
