First Bible message today comes to us from Esther, not sure I  have gotten one from this book yet....
Chapters 8-10...
The King....arose...let it be written.....
How can I see?......in the name of who sent Him
Any nationality...on that day...a joyous celebration....with feasting
The enemies of the Jews....assembled...killing and destroying....those in the city....
Rural Jews.....record these events...get relief from their enemies...giving to one another
The enemy had plotted...against the Jews....came to the King's attention....because of everything written...
All who fail....to observe the time appointed....in every province and every city...regard their times...with lamentation
All His acts and power....are not written in the Book....for the welfare of the Jews

From Habakkuk, chapter 3....
In wrath...through the earth....in anger shall thresh the nations....
Your anointed one...the leader of the wicked...his warriors scatter....gloating to devour....churning the waters...
I will wait patiently for the day....the fig trees bud....the sheep will rejoice in the Lord
GOD....make my feet like the feet of a deer....enables me to tread on the heights

From Zephaniah, preface and chapter 1.....
The reign...of corruption, injustice and paganism....one reason for....His breaking of the covenant....leading to destruction....
This warning....prologue....intended to....have three parts.....
The Day of the Lord....the call for repentance....with destruction...and...the restoration by GOD of...the humble remnant
The Word of the Lord...will sweep away everything...from the face of the earth....both man and beast...the birds in the sky....the fish n the sea...the idols that caused wickedness...
I will stretch out My hand...the very names of odolatrous priests...who bow down to...the Lord...who neither sought Him or inquired of Him....prepared for a sacrifice
I will punish the officials.....who avoid the Temple...with deceit
A cry will go up from the Gate...you who live...at that time...either good or bad...will not drink the wine
The great day of the Lord is near...coming quickly...a day of wrath...anguish...ruin...darkness and gloom
A trumpet battle cry...will bring distress on those who are blind
Because they have sinned aganst the Lord


You you need to rest, take time to rest in His Presence and peace.  It is in no way being lazy or unproductive spending time being still and communing with the Lord.   It should be the most important part of the gift of time in our day.  Learn to trust in Him and invite Him into your hearts more fully.  Do not turn from Him in stressful times.  He wants badly to hear from each and every one of you.
Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own understanding ....Proverbs 3:5
For thus said the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel:  In returning to Me and resting in Me you shall be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength...Isaiah 30:15

Seek to please the Lord above all else.  Do not seek to please others for you will always fall short.  When yu seek to please Him you can never fall short of His love for you.  He does not want you to be anything but who you are, no pretense.  Especially hen in serving Him in any way. 
For you were one darkness, but now you are light in the Lord.  Live as children of Light and find out what pleases the Lord....Ephesians 5:8-10
Be careful not to do your 'acts of righteousness' before men, to be seen by them.  If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in Heaven.....Matthew 6:1
