Good Saturday to everyone and GOD Bless!

GOD is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your strength, but with the temptation will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.....1 Corinthians 10:13

Opened today to 1 Corinthians and share the Lord's message for today.

Therefore my beloved, shun the worship of idols...1 Corinthians 10:14

Let no one seek his own good, but the good of his neighbor...1 Corinthians 10:24

Whatever you do, do all to the glory of GOD...1 Corinthians 10:31

For there must be factions among you in order that those who are genuine are recognized...1 Corinthians 11:19

For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until He comes.  Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of profaning the body and blood of the Lord.  Let a man examine himself, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup.  For anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment upon himself.  That is why many of you are weak and ill, and some have died.  But if we judged ourselves truly, we should not be judged.  But when we are judged by the Lord, we are chastened so that we may not be condemned along with the world....1 Corinthians 11:26-32

Concerning spiritual gifts....

Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of working, but it is the same GOD who inspires them all in every one.
To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.  To one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues.  All these are inspired by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as He wills.
For just as the body has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.  For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body---Jews and Greeks, slaves or free---and all were made to drink of one Spirit....1 Corinthians 12:4-13

Gratitude opens the doors to Heaven!  From the open doors flow blessings, freely given, and as you gaze upwards with a thankful heart, you may behold GOD's glory.  Glimpses of Heaven are all around, and with a thankful heart you may begin to glimpse them and in ever increasing number as you grow in GOD's Light.  Thankfulness is the language of love and love is the language of Heaven.
Give thanks in trial or in tribulation, the highs and the lows of life.

GOD is our refuge and strength, a very present and well-proved help in trouble...Psalm 46:1
