Good Wednesday to all!  I hope your week is going fantastically!  Still gorgeous here in the valley.
My Grandma visited again yesterday, again in a restaurant, and again she checked out the kitchen area while there, lol.  Again told me all would be ok.  Said she loved me, that she liked my new bracelet and warned me to be careful of my anger for it may be my undoing.  Anger is always one's undoing, but it is a basic human emotion.  That is why you must let it pass over you and away from you, to hold onto it is path to darkness.

Opened to the first letter of John this morning.  I know I have shared things of this beautiful letter before, so forgive any repetition.

He who does not love remains in death.  Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.  By this we know love, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.  But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does GOD's love abide in him?   Little children, let us not love in word and speech, but in deed and in truth.....1 John 3:14-18

Tis why always be open to random acts of kindness!

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are of GOD; for many false prophets have gone out into the world.  By this you know the Spirit of GOD: every spirit which confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of GOD, and every spirit which does not confess Jesus is not of GOD.  This is the spirit of the antichrist, of which you heard that it was coming, and is not in the world already.....1 John 4:1-3

He will lead you astray very easily, for he knows your buttons to push.  Walk your life with open hearts and eyes and ears and be on guard. 

They are of the world, therefore what they say is of the world, and the world listens to them.  We are of GOD.  Whoever knows GOD listens to us, and he who is not of GOD does not listen to us.  By this we know the Spirit of Truth and the Spirit of error.....1 John 4:5-6

Beloved, let us love one another; for love is for GOD, and he who loves is born of GOD and knows GOD.  He who does not love does not know GOS; for GOD is love.....1 John 4:7-8

I believe that the true name of GOD is love.

GOD manifested His love for us thru Jesus Christ His Son. 

In this love, not that we loved GOD but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the expiation for our sins.  Beloved, if GOD so loved us, we also ought to love one another.  No man has ever seen GOD; if we love one another, GOD abides in us and His love is perfected in us...1 John 4:10-12

Loving one another is very hard, trust me I know this one well.  With all the craziness and corruption and crazies and evil people in the world it is so very hard to love them all.  But ask the Lord for help in this and pray for those people, even can pray for those of the darkness that they will repent and bow down before the Lord.

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.  For fear has to do with punishment and he who fears is not perfected in love....1 John 4:18

Every one who believes that Jesus is the Christ is a child of GOD, and every one who loves the parent loves the child....1 John 5:1

Here it is John who shows us too that Jesus and Christ are two separate beings who came together.  Jesus is the Christ.

For whatever is born of GOD overcomes the world; and this is the victory that overcomes the world, our faith.....1 John 5:4

And the Spirit is the witness, because the spirit is the truth. ...1 John 5:7

If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of GOD is greater; for this is the testimony of GOD that He has borne witness to His Son.  He who believes in the Son of GOD has the testimony in himself.  He who does not believe GOD has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that GOD has borne to His Son.  And this is the testimony, that GOD gave us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.  He who has the Son has the life; he who has not the Son has not life...1 John 5:9-12

This is the confidence we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to HIS will he hears us.  And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have obtained the requests made of Him....1 John 5:15

This is a clear stipulation, a clarification of what was said before by others.  Ask and you will receive; ask anything of Him and He will grant it.  This is the most popular statement that is twisted by the false prophets and preachers to say to us to ask for our desires, our wants, our worldly things and He will give it to us.  They are really talking of the devil. 
John, whom Jesus loved, tells us clearly... if we ask anything according to HIS will.......

Careful what you ask for and who it is you are asking!

And we know that the Son of GOD has come and has given us understanding, to know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ.  This is the true GOD and eternal life.  Little children, keep yourselves from idols...1 John 5:20-21

When you are on one of your peaks, during your journey, I want you to enjoy this time.  I am glad in providing it for you.  My children sometimes are afraid to receive my blessings with open arms.  You feel you do not deserve them.  This is improper thinking, since no one deserves anything from Me.  Heaven is not about earning and receiving; it is about believing and receiving.
When you refuse My gifts and blessings, this grieves Me.  Accept My gifts with a thankful heart, for then I am glad.  My pleasure in giving and yours in receiving join in harmony.

This I know is true for I have always been horrible at receiving gifts.  This is pride rearing its ugly head. This is something I have had to work on over my life.  Never be too proud to receive a gift especially from Him.  Be they spiritual or physical. 

So I say to you; ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.  For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened...Luke 11:9-10

This is the one so twisted by the devil.  Jesus is speaking as GOD and GOD is Spirit, thusly all Jesus said was of the spirit and those of the spirit hear Him.  Those not of the Spirit hear he who is not of GOD.
