Blessings to all this day with special prayers for all those who have, are and will be suffering at the hands of the weather and for those lost.  Peace of Christ to all!!

Today's Bible message comes to us from Hosea 2-6...

I will expose....the valley....you will call Me husband...and lie down in safety....you ill acknowledge the Lord...respond...for myself...my love...my loved one...
You are My people...and about...the same way....many will come trembling...bloodshed follows...
The fish...and the prophets...you have ignored...
My people...destroy...from lack of knowledge...
It will be...that I will punish...and repay them...
They will eat...where the shade is pleasant....when they turn from prostitution....(We prostitute ourselves everyday in some way, shape or form)...and sacrifice...guilt and sin...
Like lambs...in a meadow...alone...joined to idols...they continue their protitution...
PAY ATTENTION!!!
Prostitution is corrupt...
Return to GOD...
Spirit of prostitution...is in their heart...
They are unfaithful...
He will devour...leaders...trampled in judgment...My wrath upon them...
To heal your sores...a lion...will rescue...
They will earnestly seek Me...
Come...return to the Lord....He will heal us...
After two days...He will bind...on the third day...acknowledge the Lord...as surely as the sun rises....He will appear...like the spring rains that water the earth...

Depend on the Lord!  The wanting to go our own way, to do what we want independently of Him is a free will choice, but at the same time it is an act of prid which stems from vanity which is sin.  The Lord wants us to depend on Him for everything.  This is not laziness, this is trust and faith.  He gave us free will to choose to follow Him, believe in Him, to depend on Him or no.  Just as your children choose to obey you and do as you tell them or want them to do or they rebel.  Do you rebel against the Lord????  People long have rebelled against the Lord then when things go wrong he is the first one they blame.  Or they ask, "Why Lord?"  Take ownership people!  Something goes wron, ask yourself, "Is this the end result of my choice sometime in the past?" 

"I AM the vine; you are the branches.  If a man remains in Me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing."...John 15:5

The Lord abhors guilt, especially the churches that use it against their followers.  This is why He wants us to each night offer up a sin and guilt offering to Him for His angels shall take it and it will be transformed into good.  We will sin, we live in sin, the world is sin, being human is sin, plain and simple.  But He freed us from the slavery of sin by taking it all upon himself.  So when you hold onto it through guilt, shame, not forgiving, then you enslave yourself again and then evil can come in to manipulate it and twist it.  Do not take upon thyselves the yoke of slavery....

Therefore, there is no self-condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death....Romans 8:1-2
