Good Friday to all and GOD Bless!  Hope it is a nicer day than here, kinda chilly outside today what the?

As with today's message, the same for all of them, please do not be daunted by the length of them.  I know people like the short n sweet messages GOD gives us, but if you wish to grow and learn, some effort is needed.  If you need to, take multiple visits to read a page, it is np.  there is no timeframe set in stone.  You set your pace.   It is not final exams with a timer lol.


Today's first message comes from Matthew.  As always read it is what pops out to me as I read the pages.  Usually it is one message in the words, sometimes multiple.

I am willing..be clean!...Immediately he was cleansed..Jesus said to him, "don't tell anyone.".......just say the word and be healed................I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of Heaven.  But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth......(not sure on meaning of this, perhaps pertains to the renewal of Heaven)..........He took up our infirmities and bore our diseases...........foxes have dens and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay His head........Follow Me, and let the dead bury their own dead.(Jesus has no home for He was always on the move spreading the Word of GOD.  Hinting at how we must leave things and people behind to follow Him if He asks)......You of little faith, why are you so afraid?..............................two demon possessed men coming from the tombs met Him.  They were so violent that no one could pass that way.  "What do you want with us, Son of Man?" they shouted.  "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?" (hinting of the pre-ordained time of the demise of darkness)...............Take heart son; your sins are forgiven....the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins........I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.........
..No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, for the patch will pull away from the garment, making the tear worse.  Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins.  If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the new wineskins will be ruined.  no, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.(this speaks of shedding your old skin, old ways, old way of thinking and putting on a new skin, a new mindset, new ways.   Also, of shedding the Old testament with the New Testament).............According to your faith let it be done to you................The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.  Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.(Lots of sinners out there and He has need of harvesters, workers for Him)................The Kingdom of Heaven has come near..freely you have received; freely give.............
If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, leave that home or town and shake the dust from your feet....................I am sending you out like sheep among wolves.  Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.  Be on your guard.(darkness is everywhere waiting to trip you up)..........do not worry about what to say or how to say it.  At that time you will be given what to say, for it will not be you speaking, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you..........You will be hated by everyone because of Me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved....(do not let others keep you from being firm and bold in faith)
Matthew 8 and 9

Second message comes again from 2 Corinthians...

Reaffirm your love for Him.........we are to GOD the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing(both are occurring as we speak).....................the Spirit gives life.............through GOD's mercy we have this ministry...........we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the Word of GOD.......our Gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.  The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the Light of the Gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of GOD.  For what we preach is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves a your servants for Jesus' sake............(televangelists, church heads, etc who grow fat on the riches they accumulate through the blindness of those they are supposed to gather, shepherd).........we always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body............I believed, therefore I have spoken.  Since we have that same spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak, because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you to Himself.  All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of GOD...................We know what it is to fear the Lord.....What we are is plain to GOD.........Christ's love compels us................................I will be a Father to you, and you will be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.................let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for GOD........................2 Corinthians 4 through 7



Sometimes the hardships in life are from GOD for good reason, other times from evil seeking to draw you away in faith.  Either way, trust in the Lord, talk to Him and He will turn the bad to good.  Remember what happened to Joseph, whose brothers stole his inheritance and sold him off to slavery only to become a Vizier of Egypt.    Do not think that your life will be trouble free.  There is an eternity of freedom from trouble awaiting you in Heaven.  Ask Him to help prepare you and to get you thru whatever lies ahead of you each day.  He is by your side.......
