Cool windy day here in Vegas, hold on to your hats.  Lots of sun tho!

Today’s Bible message comes to us from James, brother of Jesus, chapters 2-4…..

Among yourselves…judges…My dear brothers and sisters

God’s chosen

Rich in faith…who inherit the kingdom

The poor….are the ones…dragging you into court

The name of Him….to whom you belong…keeps…the law…..

Mercy will be shown….over judgment….if someone claims faith….in the same way….deeds

Show me your faith with deeds……believe there is one GOD….even the demons believe that

You want evidence?.....that faith is useless

Faith was made complete by what He did

A person is considered righteous by what they do

You know that we who will judge…are never at fault…perfect

Hell itself….with cursed human beings….will praise GOD

Who is among you….can produce….humility that comes from wisdom?

Wisdom from Heaven…is humble

Earthly wisdom….is unspiritual, demonic, selfish, ambitious, evil

Wisdom of Heaven is peace-loving, submissive, considerate, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere

Sow in peace and reap a harvest of righteousness

You covet what you want….

When you do not receive….you ask with wrong motives

Friendship with the world means enmity with GOD

Choose to be a friend with the world …become an enemy of GOD

GOD opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble

Submit then to GOD

Resist the devil

Purify your hearts

Humble yourselves before the Lord

You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes

You boast in your arrogant schemes

Boasting is evil

Your wealth has rotted

You hoard wealth

You have lived in self-indulgence

The Lord’s coming….is at the door

Count blessed those who have persevered

All you need to say is a simple yes or no…(your final choice)

Pray….in the name of the Lord

Pray for each other

Elijah….one from the Truth….will save a multitude….

Things feel out of control at times in our lives.  We feel happy when things are going smoothly.  When we get knocked out of our comfort level, grab His hand and let Him guide you through it.  Trust in Him as He changes the bad to good.  Leading you out of the storm.

Surely GOD is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid.  The Lord, the Lord, is my strength and my song; He has become my salvation…..Isaiah 12:2

GOD BLESS!  PRAISE JESUS CHRIST!  GOD IS AWESOME!
