Today's Bible passage comes to us from Malachi 2-4....

Why...have you desecrated...marrying women...with pleasure...and being unfaithful...to the wife of your covenant?
He should protect...his wife...
You have wearied the Lord...
He is pleased with them (Wife)...but who can endure...
Whom you desire...is like a fire...will bring...testament against you...deprive...you of justice...
You do not fear Me...do not change...since the time of your ancestors...
But you ask....how are we robbing you?....
There will not be room enough...says the Lord....certainly for evildoers...who have spoken arrogantly...with each other...
A scroll of remembrance....you will again...see the distinction...between...those who revere My name....and...the wicked...who will be trampled...
Righteousness will rise...under the soles of your feet...I will send My prophet Elijah...he will turn the hearts...of the children...or else I come...and strike...total destruction....

The Lord bought for us salvation and clothed us in a robe of righteousness.  When you sin do wrong in heart, mind, word or deed, do not cast yourself off from the Lord in guilt, shame or self-condemnation but instead cast off that which you have done.  He forgave you so do not fail to forgive yourself and walk down the path that leads away from the Lord.  Drop the sin and all associated with it like dropping a stone on the ground as you walk along and leave it all behind.  Remember it no more.

GOD made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of GOD....2 Corinthians 5:21

You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like GOD in true righteousness and holiness....Ephesians  4:22-24
