Blessings to all this day and prayers for those still suffering in California now from mudslides.

Today's hidden Bible message comes to us from Psalms 12-18...

They flatter...by their tongues...
I will...malign them...and will protect...what is...human...(Speaks of the darkness)

How long will you...sing the Lord's praise?(He is asking you.  Little faith or strong faith, inconsistent faith or constant?)

The fools...they are corrupt...
One who does good...to see if they...have turned aside corruption...the Lord is their refuge...(Those who seek to do good so they can turn corruption aside will find the Lord is a refuge)
Oh, that Salvation...were so easy...(Bit of sarcasm here! It is that easy!)

Who does...the will of GOD...
Who despises an evil person...
Will never be shaken...

Those who run...I will not pour out...My Light...upon them...(Those who turn from the Lord)
You alone...surely have...praise...even at night...(Surely you can praise the Lord always, even at night)
My heart...you make known...with eternal pleasures...(He makes known to us His eternal pleasures within our hearts)

Though you probe my heart...you who save...from my mortal enemies...who have tracked me down...surround me...with eyes alert...you Lord...like a fierce lion...rise up...(The Lord, who knows the truth of your heart, will rise up like a fierce lion and save you when you believe with all your being)
Your hand saves me...from those of this world...who are wicked...
I will be vindicated...when I awake...seeing your likeness...(I will be vindicated when I stand before you Lord)

My strength...Lord...is worthy...
The torrents...the snares of death...my GOD...from His temple...shook...consuming fire...burning coals...(The Lord sends forth and all consuming fire of burning coals upon the darkness)
He mounted the cherubim...made darkness...with hailstones...great bolts of lightning...bare...at the blast of breath from His nostrils...(Mounted upon the cherubim, He will make known to the world all darkness and those of it)

Give up control to the Lord.  Man has always tried to take what is not His and make it all about himself.  GOD made everything and it all belongs to Him no you, me or anyone else.  Stop trying to control what is not your.  Even you are not your own.  We were made to be dependent on Him and not to go off on our own, yet He gave us free will to make that choice.  Nothing is ever forced.  Choose Him and put your prayer requests to Him personally, not through others and then thank Him for the answer even though it has not been given yet. Be open to all possible answers not the one you want only.

Let be and be still, and know that I AM GOD.  I will be exalted among the nations!  I will be exalted in the earth!   Psalm 46:10

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful...Colossians 4:2

His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness.  Through these He has given us His very great and precious promises, so through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires...2 Peter 1:3-4
