Mystical passages elapsed through time
Soon to be released again in Rhyme
Man sought to hide the Truth
Everything reflected behind Veil of Ruth
What was lost shall be found
Hidden in a place beneath the ground
Darkened remains strewn about
Fires ravaged, many gave shout
Images reflected in your mind
Long ago remains none did find
Petri dish which is mankind's gaze
Leaves all else in a haze
Cast aside your picture frames
Add to your list of names
See with eyes not in head
Follow the Words where you are led
Many souls await release
Passage of time shall not cease
One key word they need to hear
Listen closely in thine ear
What is spoken
What was awoken
Needed for future passage
Key found in the message
Why so sudden this dire warning?
Subsequently comes fateful morning
Twisted riddles have been written
By those of man who were bitten
By the serpent tongue
Lies upon lies being sung
I speak to you through vented glass
Window to know all that shall pass
Seer of all there is
All that was that is His
Pitiful fools of darkest lair
Know not what comes, beyond compare
Seeker of Truth thou have been
Since the start they could not win
Soul of yours, His alone
Try as they might, cannot own
Go to thy bed safe, assured
Much, much worse you have endured
Than what comes upon mankind
All those who walk around blind
Hear not the Words you share
Living each day with empty stare
Blinded eyes behind their walls
Impossible to hear when He calls
Step outside, rejoin the flock
Precious little remains on the clock
Dispense all love of this life
Unseen beings cause much strife
Tis but a taste of misery and despair
That shall soon fill the air
With cries of the fallen and the lost
Comes upon a bitter frost
Who shall go, who shall stay
Find YOUR answer, walk the WAY
Turn not thy back to see behind
Nothing there shall thee find
Pillar of stone, wish not to be
Facing forward so you can see
To the Light, choice to make
For thy soul His to take...
