Widow gave all she could
Heard the words of sacred wood
Jesus called unto her heart
Thus she heard and did her part
Many give to seek the praise
Of mankind but Lord knows their ways
Self-praise reveals the vanity
Contributes to all the insanity
What was once an act of charity
Has been distorted, lacks all clarity
Give of thine hearts as it is moved
Regardless of who has approved
Random acts are opportunities
Test of spirit, all immunities
Think not on whats to gain
On how others behold your name
GOD sees within your heart
Truth in giving, He shall impart
Treasure in your heavenly account
Upon thy judgment, He shall amount
Build thee up thy wealth in Heaven
Not a debt to fallen seven
Seek the purity of My gifts
Feel My love for it uplifts
Joyful tidings upon thy soul
Mends the wounds, makes thee whole
Return to Me in the end
All the darkness I shall suspend
Glorify the Father in Heaven
And thy bread He shall leaven..
