Good Sunday to all and first day of summer.  Summer already hit here tho, looks like a second week this week of 105-110 degrees.  Not that bad really, no humidity n nice breeze.

I pray all are doing well this day and are safe and happy.

Today's Bible messages come from Proverbs again.

From Proverbs 21.......
A person may think their own ways are right, but the Lord weighs the heart....2

To do what is right and just is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice....3

The violence of the wicked will drag them away, for they refuse to do what is right.....7

The Righteous One takes note of the house of the wicked and brings the wicked to ruin....12

Whoever shuts their ears to the cry of the poor will also cry out and not be answered....13

Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity and honor.....21

There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the Lord....30


From Proverbs  22...
Humility is the fear of the Lord; its wages are riches and honor and life...4

Start children off on the way they should go, even when they are old they will not turn from it....6

The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor....9

The eyes of the Lord keep watch over knowledge, but He frustrates the words of the unfaithful....12

One who oppresses the poor to increase his wealth and one who gives gifts to the rich---both come to poverty....16

Pay attention and turn your ears to the saying of the wise; apply your heart to what I teach....17

Do not exploit the poor because they are poor and do not crush the needy in court, for the Lord will take up their case and will exact life for life.....22


From Proverbs 27.......
Let someone else praise you, and not your own mouth; an outsider, and not your own lips.....2

Anger is cruel and fury overwhelming' but who can stand before jealousy?.....4

Do not forsake your friend of a friend of your family, and do not go to your relative's house when disaster strikes you---better a neighbor nearby than a relative far away.....10

From Proverbs 28.....
Evildoers do not understand what is right, but those who seek the Lord understand it fully......5

Better the poor whose walk is blameless than the rich whose ways are perverse....6

If anyone turns a deaf ear to My instruction, even their prayers are detestable.....9

The rich are wise in their own eyes; one who is poor and discerning sees how deluded they are....11

Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy......13

The one whose walk is blameless is kept safe, but the one whose ways are perverse will fal into the pit...........18

A faithful person will be richly blessed, but one eager to get rich will not go unpunished......20

The stingy are eager to get rich and are unaware that poverty awaits them.....22

The greedy stir up conflict, but those who trust in the Lord will prosper......25


The Lord is timeless, we are time bound.   We were not designed to deal with more than a twenty-four hour period of time.  Being consumed by anxiety n worry about what lay beyond that time frame causes us to lose focus on what he wants us to focus on.   I AM, I was and always shall be means the past, present and future are His.  We are in the present.   Seek Him in our time and He will take care of all else.
