Blessings to all this day and hopes for your safety and happiness.  Prayers for all those with disabilities, that they can rise above them in mind, heart and spirit.  What is harder, to be physically or mentally disabled or spiritually disabled?

Today's hidden Bible message comes to us from 1 Chronicles 6-7...

Their sons...the son of...Kishi...presented offerings...making atonement...(Son of Kishi was Ethan, one of those who were placed in charge of song under King David, after the Ark of the Covenant was placed in the Temple, believed to have written Psalm 89.  I feel that seeing this and that it says presented offerings making atonement is telling us that reading Psalm 89 does just that.  He was descended from Levi.  Oddly, it is one of the ones I read each day.)

His son...was given...so the descendants...of the tribe of Manasseh...gave...pasturelands...from the half...of the clans...from the tribe...of Naphtali...across the Jordan...(Telling us that Ethan's son, whose name I could not find, was given in some way so the descendants of the tribe of Manasseh then gave pasturelands from the half of the clans of Naphtali, perhaps in a marriage. Not sure the significance of this other than historical info. This was at a time when the tribes were allotting land and trading it off along with sons and their families.)

Puah...was chiefs...who were fighting...five in all...and 20,200...fighting men...out to war...(Puah, one of five chiefs with 20,200 men went out to war, not sure why)

His sister's...descendants...and his...were the sons...born...because there...was...surrounding...villages all...of Joseph...son of Israel...(His and his sister's descendants were the sons born because they were surrounding the villages of the ancestors of Joseph, husband of Joseph?  Feeling I am getting is we are being told that these things happened so that the ancestors of Joseph were protected.  It seems it is an example of how GOD caused things to happen to make sure Joseph was in the right place at the right time much later in time.  An example of GOD working His plan.  Psalm 89 may be important in the understanding of this, not sure)

As for GOD, His way is perfect; the Word of the Lord is flawless.  He is a shield for all who take refuge in Him...Psalm 18:30

Our inheritance in Heaven is waiting there for all of us according to His promise.  It is there for our choosing, but we have to do certain things to attain it.  Put control of your life into His hands and have open eyes on the lookout for what he has planned for you each day instead of trying to fill your day with endless things. 
Then you wonder why your life is so chaotic full of stress rushing here and there.  He did not mean for us to do this.

If the Lord delights in a man's way, He makes his steps firm; though he stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with His hand...Psalm 37:23-24

He wants us to walk by faith, trusting in Him along the way.  When we do His will then we are given the strength and tools we need to do His will.  When we do it our own way then we are always stressed and exhausted, coming down with all sorts of ailments, both physical and emotional. 

For we walk by faith, not by sight....2 Corinthians 5:7

Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit...Galatians 5:25
