Their vines...He unleashed against...struck down...firstfruits of...Ham...the sea engulfed...He drove out...

(The Lord unleashed His angels against Egypt and struck down the firstfruits [firstborn] of Ham [Ham's descendants were those of Africa, here being the Egyptians]...He drove them out and the sea engulfed them...[confirmation of this story])

Aroused His jealousy...idols...consumed their young men...

(They aroused GOD's jealousy and anger with their idolatry and consumed their young men and those of His people who did the same.)

As a warrior...choose the tribe...tending the sheep...the shepherd...have reduced...neighbors...scorn...do not call...

(As a warrior for GOD, choose the tribe, the right path, tending the sheep as their shepherd [Ezekiel 33].  He greatly reduced their neighbors who scorned them and did not answer His call..[gave their land as an inheritance, hence to His people and not those who dwelt there before})

May your mercy...that you avenge...the contempt they have...Lord...

Lord...proclaim...your might...save us...GOD Almighty...Our enemies...root and fill the land...You have...the Son...Yourself...may be...joy...

(Lord, proclaim your might and save us GOD Almighty.  Our enemies continue to corrupt and fill the land, increasing in number.  You have the Son, Yourself, through whom may your joy fill the earth.)

GOD...established...your distress...Hear...My people...open wide your mouth...

(GOD poured down you distress people.  Listen   and pay attention, open your mouths so that He may fill it with Living water.)

My people...who hate the Lord...their punishment...from the Rock...GOD presides...

Defend...uphold the...oppressed...weak...needy...
